Jide brings a wealth of experience in the Nigerian real estate market and has directly initiated and overseen developments in excess of $100 million over the last 10 years.

Prior to co-founding PDC, Jide was managing partner of Balogun & Balogun law firm and in addition to his legal background has worked in corporate finance and investment banking in one of the leading investment banks in the country. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar and holds an MBA from Durham University, UK.

Joe Quinones - Managing Director & Chief Operating Officer

Joe has over 12 years experience in acquiring and developing property in the United States of America.  In his previous careers, he was ranked top 2% globally as a corporate sales account executive with AT&T and also served as a non commissioned officer in the United States Navy.

Joe has an MBA in real estate and finance from one of the top ranked MBA programs in the world, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and also graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in international business administration and accounting.  He also did post graduate studies at Obafemi Awolowo University in ILE IFE where he studied Yoruba history and culture.

Oladiji Wusu – Real Estate Analyst

Diji is responsible for identifying and analyzing real estate investment opportunities and developing financial models to determine the viability and potential returns of prospective investments.

Diji obtained a BSc. in Estate Management at University Of Lagos. He is a graduate Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S).

Adeshola Ajibade Ojora - Acquisition and Sales

Adeshola began his career in energy sector, starting off in the upstream sector and later traded petroleum products in the downstream sector. From there he made inroads into the property market sector as sales and marketing director. His role encompasses market research and the management of databases.
